- To implement schemes for roads, buildings, roads, physical education programs, pilgrimage sites, primary health centers, sub-centers, Vidarbha Scientific Development Board, newly formed Panchayat Samiti, mineral development and etc.
- To provide training to all the employees in zilla Parishad every year regarding ISO related to the zilla Parishad functioning.
- To settle the issues related to the establishment of employees.
- To settle the retirement cases 6 months before retirement.
- Disposing of local fund account objections, Panchayat Raj Committee objections during the financial year.
